Prayer for the Beatification of the Servant of God, Bishop Michael Ugwuja Eneja

Merciful Father, it pleased you to call your servant, Michael Ugwuja Eneja, to minister to your people. Like the apostles, he left everything behind to faithfully follow you, and he excelled in meekness and humility, unpretentious holiness and unlimited availability, both in priestly ministry and in the episcopacy. Having accomplished the mission you assigned to him on earth, he returned to you.

As we thank you for the gift of him, we pray you to show us that you have accepted his selfless services and have admitted him into the company of the saints. Merciful Father, grant us through his intercession and according to your will, the favours we implore you through him … (in silence mention your petitions).

Through these petitions, may your name be glorified both now and forever. We make our prayers through our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with you, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. Amen.

Dika ndi Apostul o hapuru ihe nile k'osobe Gi na nrubeisi, wee buru oka ibe nidi nwayo, umeani, idi nso doro anya na inwe ohere enwer'ube n'oru ya dika ukochukwu yana nnukwu ukochukwu. Mgbe oruchara olu ya n'uwa, o nakwutelu Gi.

Ebe anyi na ekele Gi maka onyinye i nyere anyi naya, anyi n'ario ka I gosiputa na ezigbo oru ya masiri Gi nakwa n' inabatalu ya na Ndi Nso Gi. Nna nke ebe, mere anyi site n' aririo ya na nmasi Gi ihe ndia anyi ji aha ya ario Gi ... (kwuputa ihe ndi i choro n'obi gi).

Site n'aririo ndi a ka aha Gi nara otito kitaa n'uwa ebebe. Anyi n'ario nkea site na Dinwenu anyi Jesu Kristi Onye Gi na Ya di ndu na-achi n'idiko n'otu nke Mmuo Nso, Otu Chukwu, ebebe ebebe. Amen.
